This is a short distance triathlon similar to the Tri for Funs but a bit longer distance. Open to all levels of ability. All are welcome to participate. Excellent for novices, great competition for the seasoned triathlete. This is a competitive event with timing and awards.
Course Distance/Description~
700 yard swim, 19 -mile bike, 4-mile run.
The swim is warm (72+ degrees) clean lake, (wet suits allowed but are not necessary). The bike course exits the park and is an open paved road and the run is within the park on packed jeep fire trail.
Fees~
Individual $95. Relay teams, $240. Timing included.
Fees include custom t-shirt, post race refreshments, raffle (must be present to win), and award ceremony. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Awards~
Overall male/female and masters. Custom medals 3-deep in the following age groups: 18 & Under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+

5:30 a.m. - Check-in and race day registration.
7:00 a.m. Event start

Race packets are not sent out in advance, please pick up race day.
ID's will be checked.
You must use a bike helmet (CPSC approved) and swim cap!
Shadow Cliff's Regional Park imposes a $6 parking fee. Please be prepared. Car pooling is recommended
Transition areas are fenced and guarded - only entrants are allowed in.
